By booking an appointment with DripzIV Mobile Hydration LLC, you agree to pay the $50 deposit fee.  Full balance of payment will be charged at the time of service. Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made within 12 hours of the appointment time. Cancellation/re-arrangement from 12 to 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being applied to a new appointment.
